Our consultation services are structured by the type of services required, the current or projected state of your organization and the performance of existing departments and individuals. Our services can be applied as a package or on an as needed basis. We are available for large-scale long-term tenures, or specific targeted areas that require quick short-term action and results.

Please click on the topics on the left for more information on this subject.

Necessity Consulting
Essentially, what is it necessary to do to achieve our goals? This is the" what do we need to do and why?" phase. We will be very honest and frank in our evaluation of what your organization requires. The unique nature and requirements of each situation dictate the answers.

Our approach to determining what may be necessary is simple. We apply good old- fashioned logic. Once you tell us what you want to do, we will work with you to determine the necessary steps. All decisions and steps are based on the type of situation you are experiencing or expecting.

Why doesn't anything work?
Is your e-commerce website actually generating any commerce?
Will interactive training make a difference? Will sales increase by using multimedia laptop presentations?
Does placing a kiosk in your lobby guarantee increased awareness?
Is it time to replace your paper catalogs with an online catalog?
How much of a presence should you have on the Internet?
What services or functionality should you offer online?
What features will help employees or customers reach information quicker?

We can and will help answer these or any other questions you may have. This should be the starting point of all consulting endeavors; What is it necessary to do?

Method Evaluation
Once we understand what it is necessary to do, we need to establish the best methods and logistics for actually getting it done.

In some instances the necessity dictates the means. This is the point where we help you decide the approach. Is it best to outsource some, or all areas of development and production? If you outsource, we can assume responsibility for many development issues and assist in establishing vendor or supplier relationships.

Do you need to establish a fully staffed and equipped internal department?
Do your needs suggest a small lightly equipped staff?
Technologically speaking, exactly what is required for development internally or via outsourcing?

Our services include analysis of the following:
Equipment requirements
Equipment installation & inspection
Staffing, specifically freelance vs. staff
Capital allocation & budgeting
Vendor analysis & selection
ROI Analysis of equipment procurement & staffing and outsourcing

On many occasions, the answer to these questions lie somewhere in between total outsourcing and complete internal development. We will be completely realistic and honest in our appraisal of your needs and advise you accordingly.

Creativity Questioning
Once we understand what it is necessary to do and have established the methodology for getting it done, we must now decide on the creative approach.

This area of consulting is one of our specialties. We have served several clients by improving or upgrading products with the application of a new or improved creative design. Many times a product just needs some "tweaking". Many times a project needs to go back to the drawing board.

There are several basic questions regarding Creativity Questioning:
Does the look, style or "feel" of the product accurately reflect the organization, or achieve the desired results?

Are we making good or appropriate use of the possibilities offered by interactivity?

Is it really interactive, or do users just click around?

Are we really using multiple forms of available media? Is it too text heavy?

Does the product "work"? Does it function well, but look boring? Is it visually pleasing, but confusing and hard to navigate?

Do we really need video? Can we illustrate our points via graphic illustrations?

How well written and effective is the scripting? Does it seem like a book? Commercial?

Is there too much listening and not enough reading?

Creativity Consulting can be a somewhat abstract experience, since taste and style are all relevant to the individuals and organizations involved. The difference we can make in this situation is subtle but very effective. We will never revise or change a product to make it more like the way we would do it - we actually make it more the way you want it.

Results & Performance Analysis
This is the final phase of an overall-consulting plan. It involves measuring and analyzing the performance and results of your end product. Simply put…does it work?

The unfortunate fact is that no matter how complete and thorough the production, things may not always work out exactly the way we all want. The best way to solve a problem is to rectify it before it becomes a major issue. If this occurs it's usually because of some completely unforeseen circumstance. This does not mean development should be avoided. Quite the contrary, it means development should be undertaken with someone who truly knows what they are doing. Someone who will not panic and is ready for anything.

Basic questions concern areas such as:
What have we learned that will be of assistance in the future?
What must we avoid next time?
Has the sales force increased the bottom line with those new laptop sales presentations?
How much traffic is your newly redesigned web site generating?
How long are they staying & where are they going?
Has productivity increased with interactive learning?
Have sales increased since direct mail distribution of your Interactive Product Guide?
Now what do we do?
