Tama created an Intranet based interactive training product, designed to VNS specifications. They were using custom administrative software that required an extensive manual based learning approach. When they contacted Tama, VNS desired a stand-alone user driven program to train employees faster, in a more complete manner with guaranteed learning level consistency.

The main challenge of this program involved training employees to use software that could not be integrated into the actual training application. Tama recreated or simulated key elements of the actual application within the training application and provided trainees with the most effective and realistic scenario possible.

Tama designed and developed all elements and programming for the entire project including bookmarking and user updating capabilities.
